A 3x3 Miniature Goal Football Tournament was held as part of the "Organization in Sports" course, conducted by students of the Faculty of Sports Sciences at Bandırma Onyedi Eylül University, within the scope of Youth Week activities. Through this event, students had the opportunity to apply the theoretical knowledge they had acquired during the semester. During the tournament, students actively took responsibility for the planning, coordination, task allocation, participant management, and event implementation processes, thus developing their professional experience in sports organization. The practical application of the knowledge gained in the course contributed to strengthening students' organizational skills, as well as their leadership, communication, teamwork, and problem-solving competencies. Participants enjoyed themselves throughout the tournament, where competition and sportsmanship were paramount, and the event also contributed to strengthening social interaction among students and the sense of solidarity and belonging within the faculty. Reflecting the unifying power of sport, the organization supported the students' professional development and added color to campus life. It was stated that such events, organized by the Faculty of Sports Sciences to support students' practical training processes, make significant contributions to the development of the professional skills of future sports managers.
