An "Open-Air Cinema and Film Analysis Event" was held as part of Youth Week.

As part of the Youth Week activities, students from the Faculty of Sports Sciences at Bandırma Onyedi Eylül University held an "Outdoor Cinema and Film Analysis Event" within the framework of the "Organization in Sports" course. During the event, students gathered for a screening of a sports-themed film, enjoying themselves while also having the opportunity to evaluate the individual and societal dimensions of sports. Following the screening, a discussion and evaluation session was held where participants exchanged views on the sporting values, team spirit, leadership, motivation, and fair play concepts addressed in the film. The event, planned and implemented by students from the Sports Management Department, provided students with the opportunity to apply their theoretical knowledge in practice, while also contributing to the development of their professional competencies such as event planning, coordination, teamwork, communication, and problem-solving. Simultaneously, the event enriched campus life socially and culturally, increasing interaction among students and strengthening their sense of belonging to the university. It was emphasized that such events, which allow for the practical experience of sports organizations, offer significant benefits for students in terms of their professional development as well as the development of their social responsibility, leadership, and organizational skills.
