The "I'm Renovating My Garden, I'm Loving My Sport Again" Social Responsibility Project has been implemented.

Third-year students from the Physical Education and Sports Teaching Department of Bandırma Onyedi Eylül University's Faculty of Sports Sciences, Yusuf Gönen, Mustafa Yakut, Emir Can Çetinkaya, and Yiğit Can Alparslan, carried out landscaping and sports area improvement work at Bandırma Esnaf Sanatkârlar Middle School as part of their "Community Service Practices" course. The event, held on June 6, 2026, saw the university students work together to make the sports areas in the schoolyard more functional. As part of the project, the surfaces and hoops of the basketball and volleyball courts in the schoolyard were repainted and renovated. Traditional game areas were also drawn in the yard to help students make more active use of their extracurricular time. Putting their theoretical knowledge into practice, the Physical Education and Sports Teaching Department students aimed to both contribute to the school's physical facilities and increase the interest of young students in sports activities through this work.
