The second training session aimed at developing academic competencies was held at the Faculty of Sports Sciences.

Another training event for faculty members was held as part of the “Academic Competencies Development Program” planned by the Faculty of Sports Sciences.

The training, held in the Faculty Dean's Meeting Room, featured a presentation by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Niyazi Sıdkı Adıgüzel titled “The Process of Preparing Erasmus+ and European Union Projects and the Sport for All: Inclusive Youth with Hemsball Project.”

The training covered the stages of preparing Erasmus+ and European Union projects, developing project ideas, points to consider during application processes, establishing project partnerships, and project management. Furthermore, the application and implementation processes were evaluated using the “Sport for All: Inclusive Youth with Hemsball” project as an example, and project experiences were shared with the participants. Information was provided on situations encountered during project implementation, solution strategies, and the results obtained.

As part of the Academic Competencies Development Program conducted within our Faculty, training activities aimed at supporting the knowledge and skills of faculty members in research, project development, and international cooperation processes will continue according to the planned schedule.
