International Researcher Programmes - Announcement of the 2026 Application Calendar

Within the framework of the "International Researcher Programs" conducted under the Procedures and Principles Regarding Domestic and International Faculty and Researcher Support Programs;
- The Young Minds Program (GEP), which involves sending a maximum of 100 doctoral students working in the Research Assistant position abroad to conduct research on their thesis topics,
- The Postdoctoral Research Program (DOSAP), which involves sending a maximum of 100 Research Assistants or Assistant Professors who have completed their doctoral education abroad for postdoctoral studies,
- The Academic Accumulation Program (AKAP), which involves sending a maximum of 200 Faculty Members abroad to conduct research in priority areas included in the 12th Development Plan under the scope of overseas academic leave (Sabbatical),
Applications for researchers who will benefit from these programs will be accepted in 4 (four) periods in 2026, and the Application Calendar will be implemented as shown in the Appendix.
