FACULTY BOARD DECISIONS 2025/1 İncele
  • A decision was made regarding the opening of 3 courses that were not offered to a Coaching Education Department student who froze their registration during the Fall semester of the 2023-2024 academic year.
  • Due to the large class size, it was decided that the assigned instructor would not be able to conduct the course effectively, and therefore, the BSO3210 Collective Service and Social Responsibility Practices course should be divided into A and B branches.
FACULTY BOARD DECISIONS 2025/2 İncele
  • Discussion of the course plans for the Fall and Spring semesters of the 2025-2026 academic year for the departments of our faculty.
  • According to Article 9 of the Double Major program regulations regarding the cancellation of registration, "If a student's overall grade point average in the Double Major program falls below 2.00 in a semester, their registration in the Double Major program will be cancelled, and the courses taken by students whose registration in the Double Major program has been cancelled will be shown on their transcript." A decision was made regarding the cancellation of a student's Double Major registration.
FACULTY BOARD DECISIONS 2025/3 İncele
  • Due to the insufficient number of courses that could be matched between the course plans of our departments and those of other departments, and the inability to reach the required number of ACTS credits, it was decided that double major and minor programs would not be opened in our departments; and that the existing double major program would continue with the course plans implemented in the previous semester.

FACULTY BOARD DECISIONS 2026/1 İncele
  • Student quotas for the Faculty of Sports Sciences departments in the 2026-2027 academic year, including YKS (University Entrance Examination) and international student quotas, were discussed. It was decided that the quota distribution would be submitted to the University Senate and that no changes would be proposed to the YKS requirements for the faculty departments.
