"Pedal for the Republic" Event will be held on the 103rd Anniversary of our Republic

Bandırma Onyedi Eylül University will organize a cycling event under the slogan "Pedal for the Republic" as part of the celebrations marking the 103rd anniversary of Republic Day (October 29).

Held under the theme "From the Past to the Future, Following the Path of the Republic," the event aims to celebrate the 103rd anniversary of the founding of our Republic, strengthen awareness of the Republic, promote a culture of healthy living and sports, and reinforce the sense of unity and solidarity among members of the university.

The event will take place on Tuesday, October 27, 2026, at 09:30. It will start at the Ayyıldız Gate (Küleli side), proceed along a route passing the Faculty of Sports Sciences, the Central Classroom Building, and the Rectorate and Administrative Building, and conclude in front of the Student Life Center.

Open to the participation of the university's academic and administrative staff as well as students, the event requires participants to bring their own bicycles and complete an application form.

All members of the university are invited to this meaningful event, where we will celebrate the 103rd anniversary of our Republic through the unifying power of sports. Event Details
