"How Does Quality Assurance in Higher Education Begin in the Faculty Member's Classroom?" Training Was Conducted

Within the framework of Bandırma Onyedi Eylül University's Quality Management Systems, training activities continue in line with the 2026 Train-the-Trainer Calendar, planned to support the professional development of educators. In this context, an online training session titled "How Does Quality Assurance in Higher Education Begin in the Faculty Member's Classroom?" was held.

The training, given by Lecturer Dr. Funda UĞURLU, covered course file preparation processes, evidence-based approaches, and continuous improvement practices. Participants were informed about the reflections of the quality assurance concept on teaching processes and classroom practices.

The online training, held on Thursday, June 11, 2026, at 4:00 PM, was attended by faculty members from various academic units of the University, as well as faculty members from the Faculty of Sports Sciences.
